Hopkins Lions Donate Funds for the Hopkins Raspberry Festival Mascot

Barry Berry, the beloved mascot of the Hopkins Raspberry Festival, is starting to show his mascot years and needs a pretty serious overhaul. As a result, the Hopkins Lions board decided to donate $500 to the Raspberry Festival board to help cover the costs of a new mascot.

The Raspberry Festival, a cherished tradition in Hopkins, is not just a celebration of the town's raspberry heritage but also a symbol of community unity and pride. Barry Berry, The festival's mascot, a friendly raspberry character, plays a central role in spreading joy and excitement among festival-goers, especially the younger ones.

We are very excited to meet the new Barry Berry this year, which happens to be the festival's 90th year!
